- How long will it take to receive my order?
Since we are a small business and all our pieces are handmade, it may sometimes take up to two weeks for us to ship out orders especially if it contains a lot of items!
If an item is marked as a pre-order item, that means that we are making your item especially for you! Please allow us some time to do this—it may take 4-8 weeks for preorder items to be shipped out.
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. There may be delays due to COVID-19: find out more here.
- Are clip on earrings available?
Yes they are! Clip on options are available for all our earrings, just select the option when choosing your items.
- What material are your findings made out of?
The findings we use on our earrings are all stainless steel, however we can't guarantee that they are all hypoallergenic—if your skin is really sensitive maybe our clip on options are a better option!
- Are you able to change ______ to ______ ?
Since all our products are handmade, we are able to offer a small degree of customisation. Just drop us a message and we can discuss the possibilities!
- What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Please note that all our products are handmade and there will be some variations in the photo in the store compared to the item you may receive.
We do not take returns or exchanges once the items have been shipped out. However, if the items are faulty or defective in some way, please contact us to let us know what went wrong and we can see what we can do.
